The technology continues to evolve at this time, I began to see some technology trends will come together for 2015. I'm sure we'll see more at CES in January, but based on the products that I have seen in our structure Connect showed last week, here are some things that you can apply at the front of the house.

Bluetooth makes lighting a snap:
Products that come on the market is that you use Bluetooth to control light bulbs, outlets and much more. This product uses a mesh network is as easy to install lights connected new plate attached to the wall using double-sided tape. because it uses Wi-Fi means it will go from a camera connected to the cloud and then to the phone.

To talk to your home, you'll talk to your phone:
Large companies such as Nest and Apple and the little guys like Nucleus and Ubi will use it to let people control their home through voice. For example, Nest will integrate with Google voice recognition while HomeKit Apple Now there must be a component of Siri. At the startup, Core intercom system exhibiting a way to not only the messages in your home, but to talk on the phone to control your lights. Ubi build similar functionality to the app.

Low-power Wi-Fi will come even if standards are not prepared:
Roost is a connected battery that lasts for about 5 years and can convert an existing smoke detector in smoke detectors are connected. Homeboy is a security camera, rechargeable camera lasts for 3 months before needing a top off.Homeboy and Roost that offer different products that take advantage of the low power Wi-Fi. The benefits of such a set up is quite clear - you do not need fancy hub for device control and can work for almost everyone.

You will not need a home hub to automate your house:
Even SmartThings CEO Alex Hawkinson ready to build software that is independent from the hub of the company, even though he admits it may take some time and will not cover all the devices out there. I also saw the startup, showed off Android-based controller called Reach app that allows people to pause a video, play a song for their Sonos and control other devices such as lights Hue.

Get ready to pay:
Of Linden Tibbets. If the CEO revealed that he plans to have consumers pay a premium for the service IFTTT, for in-depth discussion of Control CEO on the business model for the smart home, it is clear that while the company has focused on the user experience, revenue models are not far behind.
