New 3D holographic technology smartphones in 2015

No comments :

First mobile phone that we used only to be a simple device texting and calling. Now it is different, the smartphone can be turned into a microscope through an attachable lens that can help magnify objects. but maybe in the future of the smartphone is capable of projecting a 3D hologram floating into thin air.

Ostendo, a startup based in California, making it possible to follow the creation of a hologram projector chip for smartphones with two versions of rolling in
2015 or 2016. The cost is estimated at $ chipset 30. Ostendo CEO and founder, Hussein S. El-Ghoroury, said the first iteration of the chipset will only be able to project a 2D video, but the next version will have the capability of 3D holographic unique. 3D models yet to be completely polished.

Apple explained that, "combining image processor with a wafer containing radical miniature light-emitting diodes (LEDs)." Miniature projector will produce sharp video and 3D images to a giant screen and the smartphone without the need for 3D glasses, thanks to a computer chip that will control the brightness, color and angle of each light beam in one million pixels. Chipset technology can also be used on tablets, smart watches and televisions. Projector is expected to nearly equal to the size of Tic Tac.

In Ostendo research intends to increase the pixel density of 5000 dpi. MIT Professor Ramesh Raskar actually said resolution of excellence for Ostendo. in comparison with the Retina display on the Apple iPhone, only has about 300 dpi while the chip is approximately 5,000 dpi.Berdasarkan Ostendo arrives reports collected, the company has been working in full confidentiality-on several projects over the past nine years on the chipset

many spesukalasi that mncul about ostendo, one satnya El-Ghoroury. El-Ghoroury claim that the main vision of Ostendo is having a chip used in electronic displays everywhere, whether it is to watch a smart, smart TVs, smartphones or tablets emit hologram-like graphics.

but the party of ostendo immediately answer, Vision Ostendo on 2D or 3D hologram ability is something that everyone is hoping for. Whatever is the future like for our smartphones,
it certainly does not look bleak.
